Brivis Evaporative Cooling Troubleshooting

I bought from Lowes a French Door Fridge. Model #RF217ACPN on 3-13-2011. When Lowes delivered it, it was not in a box and it had already been stripped of the plastic wrap and other packing materials. That should have been my first clue, next clue was discovered after they got it in the house and installed. I discovered that the freezer divider was missing. No big deal, but I then asked if this was a display model.? Of course the driver had no idea....
Any way, everything was good for about a month when a soft vibration noise started. I tried to track it down but to no avail. 6 months later I called for service. The nice man came out and took the freezer back panel off and discovered that the fan mounted to that panel was loose. 2 of the 4 screws were not all the way in. He tightened up the screws and said that must have been it and off he went. Well, the noise came back, but louder and more often. So, on 2-12-12, I had the service man back for a second time. My 1 year warranty was quickly disappearing... This time he found nothing. He deduced that the defroster heating element tounge that hangs down into the drain hole might be touching the drain and causing a vibration noise. So he bent it away so it hangs in the center of the hole. Well that's how it was for the last year and a half. ALL THE TIME MAKING A LOUD VIBRATION NOISE. My wife finally told me she was going to buy another fridge. That was all the nudging I needed to dive in myself. So I took it apart and while it was making it's rattle noise, I touched the heater element. Noise stopped. let go and it started again. So I knew the rattle was coming from a loose bracket holding the heating element. Now how to fix. You can't glue it, or put anything in there cause it's a heating element and it gets hot. But the holder is made of aluminium and can be bent. So, I bent the bracket around the element on both sides. That seems to hold the element from vibrating and has made the noise go away. Thank goodness. Now I have a silent fridge.
Samsung, you need to send out a service alert or something so that your tech's have this information. As for the factory, perhaps a tweak of engineering would stop this from happening .
I'm so happy that I just bought another 4 pc appliance package from Lowes for our second home.
